Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 13400 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 13400's services. The platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.

- Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
- These terms apply to all users in Malaysia and outside Malaysia who access the 13400 platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 13400 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- Provide your full name, date of birth, and a valid phone number.
- Your email address must be active and accessible.
- Any false information provided may result in immediate account closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols for a strong password.
- Always log out from public devices after each session.
Payments, Transactions & Deposits in MYR
All transactions on the 13400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. The platform reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used, at any time.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account upon successful payment confirmation. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable identity verification policies. 13400 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction that raises concerns related to fraud or money laundering.
- All amounts are displayed and processed in RM.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method.
- Users are responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
- Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
13400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases.
- Reporting of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Violation of the platform's bonus or promotion rules.
- Users under 18 years of age.
- Valid account balances may be claimed subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.
- Users may submit a written appeal to the customer support team.
- The platform's final decisions are conclusive in all account-related matters.
- Personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy platform.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 13400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or financial losses incurred during betting. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all betting decisions are made at their own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13400 platform — including logos, images, text, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 13400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
